La jolla memo

The chapeau-clad, wheelchair-bound Viti was omnipresent in the Jewel. She hosted community clean-ups and attended civic functions. She could be seen roaming the Village, patrolling the streets looking for illegal signage or ensuring that everything was accessible for the disabled. Of Esther Viti, one thing is certain:

It comes fully furnished with everything one would need for a weekend getaway or a business trip! It's a two story loft with soaring 23 ft ceilings situated at the top floor of a design-focused building by an award winning local architect. The space is very comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated with tons of character and eclectic art.

We also have a washer and dryer in the unit!

High end and super comfortable queen size bed with luxury bedding, a leather couch that makes for a rather comfortable bed. I tend to pass out on it all the time: A few important notes: Although, we prefer longer term reservations that are more than 30 days.

Also, since we have two story unit there is another flight of stairs separating the bedroom from the main floor. Please make sure to turn off AC and La jolla memo when not in use so help conserve energy and protect the environment: There's some seriously good food here, for even the most discriminating of palates.

This goes beyond your run of the mill Italian fare, at various price points that we consider very affordable compared to most large cities.

Little Italy is centrally located and will be a breeze to get around to other neighborhoods and attractions. Not only was the loft itself beautiful but Sami was an amazing host.

He went above and beyond the normal duty of a host, ensuring that we were settled in and informed us on the best restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect in Little Italy and not a far walk from downtown or the water. Little Italy has an amazing vibe with its homey restaurants, artsy cafes, and the people themselves are downright friendly. We fell in love with the neighborhood and are definitely going to be staying at the loft again!

It was the best experience! The loft is comfortable yet spacious, especially for two. It was a very clean, comfortable place, and the art and design really made it a great experience. The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture.

There was some construction nearby in the mornings, as Sami mentioned in his description, but we were usually awake by the time they got started. Other than that, it was very quiet and peaceful.

We never really heard any other noise or were disturbed at all. Also, I really liked that Sami had a washer and dryer. We didn't wash anything, but I did throw a few shirts in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. That was a minor, yet cool bonus.

Much nicer than using an iron which Sami did have on hand just in case. Sami was very attentive and met us at the loft when we arrived. In the memo section of the check please write "US-Japan workshop".
